Yucca Bend Cabin Rental Booking Policy
Reservation deposits and deposit balances are not refundable or transferable. Reservation deposits are required to confirm dates and are not refundable. Guests failing to make payments on or before the dates agreed upon and will forfeit all monies paid and their reservation will be cancelled without notice to said guest. We prefer all payments to be made in a timely manner by personal check, cash, or cashier's check. Payments may be made by credit card if necessary. A valid credit card number/expiration date is required at the time of booking, to be used in the event of a late payment.

Yucca Bend Cabin Rental will not refund any monies or re-book you on a future reservation if requested for the following reasons: Cancellation by the guest for any reason. This includes friends, returning guests and first time guests. 2. Changes due to weather, drought, fire or any consequences of natural process; 3. Changes made by policy or order of the Dept. Fish, Wildlife and Parks, the U.S. Forest Service, Fish and Game Commission, Governor or other ranking authority; 4. Price increases for license, air fare, insurance, vehicular transportation, equipment, etc . To protect your investment, we suggest you buy an Adventure Travel Insurance Policy to cover initial and secondary deposits, balances, airfare, etc. In case something unexpected happens to you.
